Sales & Purchasing

How to Buy

If you are a first-time art buyer or a novice collector, don’t let the show’s excitement and size intimidate you. All of the exhibition art at Prix de West is offered through a fixed-price sale. Prices are established by the artists and posted next to each work of art, published in a price list, and listed in the online catalog. By purchasing a ballot book, you are eligible to place a ballot slip in the box by a work of art. Through a process that is designed and monitored for fairness, a salesperson draws the names of up to three potential buyers giving them opportunity to purchase during the formal sale on Saturday, June 10. (More names may be drawn for sculptures depending upon the number of available castings.) For more details, visit the rules of sale online or in the price list when you arrive.
